Narrative

Mechanic injured hand when pinched between handle of jack and truck body while placing jack to perform work. Mechanic continued working without issue for remainder of 4 week rotation. While on R&R mechanic went to doctor and was not able to return site for scheduled rotation on 12/03/2020.
