Narrative

EE was removing ""bolts"" from the Meva forms and EE was using a hammer to tighten down a pancake nut. When EE wrenched the nut, EE felt a sharp pain in EE's shoulder. EE treated it with OTC medicine and ice at the time of the incident. As of December 11, EE has now seeked medical attention.
