Narrative

While walking down a grade beside a conveyor EE slipped on a mill ball. EE lost balance and caught self with the same leg twisting R knee. EE felt knee pop. EE immediately reported this to supervisor. EE did not see a doctor until May 11 when knee pain was still present. On November 5 MRI revealed cartilage tear and had surgery on December 8.
