## Narrative

The employee was injured while observing the roll out of track for a Caterpillar D10R dozer. As the track unfolded a thin 1""x1"" piece of metal broke loose from the track rail and struck the employee in the groin area. The employee was taken to the hospital for an examination and was placed on light duty.
