Narrative

EE was attempting to remove a D7 undercarriage roller. EE was striking the flange of the roller with a 15lb. sledgehammer when a fragment of the roller flange broke off. The piece of metal struck EE in the left thigh resulting in a 1"" laceration in the thigh.
