Narrative

Employee was changing a bit in the stabilizer on the 14R Drill and putting the old stabilizer into the skid launcher. Instead of pushing the down button on the remote for the stabilizer the employee hit the up button and it jerked up and swung over pinching the right hand between the stabilizer and breakout wrench.
