EE was standing on the edge of a tank at approx. 56"" off the ground and rinsing down a tank with a fire hose. EE attempted to get down from the ledge and grabbed a piece of piping on the side. The piping broke loose and caused EE to lose balance and land awkwardly on both feet. EE sought medical treatment after the shift was complete and was diagnosed with a fractured left leg.
