Narrative

Plant repairman prying on a metal plate with a 4' pry bar. The pry bar slipped, causing tip of right ring finger to be pinched between the pry bar and side of metal plate. Employee sustained an approximate 1/2"" cut to tip of finger. Seen by on-site EMT and transported to UP Health System - Bell Hospital, treated for laceration requiring 4 stiches.
