Employee reported on 01/07/21 was seen by an orthopedic doctor who performed a nerve induction test on both wrists and diagnosed EE with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Employee worked up until 02/08/21, where EE underwent surgery to report the condition. The mine is submitting this as an occupational illness due to the repetitiveness of maintenance personnel.
