## Narrative

Employee tripped while carrying a bottom roller out to the track, when they fell as they were ducking underneath water line on the track and right ring finger was caught between the roller and the mantrip. The injury resulted in a broken right ring finger. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
