Narrative

Employee had just finished drilling EE's first steel and added the second steel. EE said the hole and steels were ""kind of kinked"" and the steels were about half inserted together. EE meant to drop the drill pot, but pushed the drill pot up instead. This caused the steels to bend at the connection and pin EE's hand between the steels and strap jack.
