## Narrative

Employee was removing ""winter gloves"" to put metacarpal gloves on.  EE's hands were tight in the gloves, making them hard to remove.  When EE pulled the glove off, EE's hand struck a metal barb on the side of a Polaris EMU, causing a laceration.
