Narrative

The injured had just finished bolting on the next to last row in 3L crosscut when they started up on the pinner to advance to the next row, a piece of rock measuring 20"" x 14"" x 4"" fell from the top striking them on top of the hard hat causing a laceration to forehead. The laceration required 4 sutures to close.
