The red car of the SP Material Hoist derailed. The car was put back on rail and brought to the surface. The car was checked for damage and the trip was rode to inspect for damage. MSHA was included in these checks at the mine site. MSHA was notified of this at the time of the derailment and when the hoist was placed back into service.
