Narrative

Employee was using a hammer and a punch to drive a bushing out of a mucker. The employee was wearing gloves, missed the punch contacting hand resulting in a skin tear/laceration to left palm. The employee was evaluated by site medic and refereed to ER. The laceration required sutures to close and a full release was issued.
