## Narrative

Secured cable by wrapping control rope around hand to aid in controlling whip once cable cut for West Kiln Feed bucket elevator. Although the cable was restrained it was not tied to the point of connection allowing a distance of approx. 8"" to 10"" drop. Pulled hands, hurting right hand.
