Narrative

Injured employee was working on the 3rd floor of the Prep. Plant changing a de-slime screen. EE lifted the metal framework for the screen and felt pain in left shoulder. Employee continued to work and sought treatment the following day. Employee overexerted shoulder while lifting. Was wearing required PPE and has experience in task.
