Damage was suspected to the trailing cable on Metz Elevator. After a thorough examination of the cable and components by Schindler Elevator Service, it was determined the issue was an over travel switch. There was no damaged to the trailing cable. Elevator was back in service at 7:05 PM on 3/30/21.
