Narrative

Injured employee was installing a set of pinch rollers at 3W belt drive. Had roller tower secured with scoop bucket and cribs. Employee was preparing to climb onto the top belt to assist another employee with structure alignment. The movement on top of the roller tower caused it to pivot & fall forward in the scoop bucket, striking the employee's right lower leg.
