A fully trained miner was attempting to re-rail a supply car. EE was using a bar to align the rail trucks when the car fell from the jack onto the bar causing it to strike EE in the jaw. The injury was not the result of any compliance issues nor were any protective guards involved. Mine was idle 4/1/2021.
