Narrative

Injured employee opened the 3W Section track switch for a mantrip. EE then closed the switch and started to walk toward the mantrip. As EE walked away EE stepped on the switch tie/bracing causing EE's ankle to ""roll"". Employee diagnosed with a sprained left ankle. Employee followed rules & regulations but failed to pay attention to where EE was stepping.
