Narrative

Employee was utilizing an air powered impact tool to tighten an anchor bolt. The bolt broke causing the plate, bolt, or tool to fall striking the employee in the face. The contact caused a small laceration to EE's cheek. EE was seen by medic and referred to PMC for sutures. Issued a full release.
