## Narrative

Employee was cleaning up material at the base of the scalping screen due to spillage.  Another employee was on top of loose material on top the screen to dislodge (approx 35-50 lb) rock. That rock fell, hit the guard, then dropped down about 4"" onto employee's right shoulder.
