## Narrative

IE stated that while EE was operating a man trip, EE reached over to turn the lights off due to oncoming traffic. At that time, the IE ran over a large rock causing the IE to be lifted off EE's seat, striking EE's head on the top of man trip, then back in EE's seat. The IE stated EE did not feel immediate pain. On 4/19/2021 IE was taken off work for further evaluation.
