Narrative

IE stated was operating a coal hauler. IE stated struck wrist on a sharp piece of wire, while removing their backpack from the equipment. When doing this, IE's wrist came in contact with the wire causing a laceration approximately 1.25"" on the inside of IE's left wrist. On Friday April 23, 2021 IE was seen by local doctor and taken off work for sutures that was added.
