## Narrative

Employee was walking alongside the left side of the CM when EE tripped on loose coal/rock and fell. EE fell into the side of the CM and hit EE's right wrist against a step on the CM. Had pain and swelling in EE's wrist but finished EE's shift. Sought treatment the following day when EE began missing work. Employee was wearing required PPE and has training and experience in job.
