## Narrative

Removing a driveshaft and drive tip from a capsten fitting to a hopper. The employee straddled the driveshaft with left hand holding the drive tip and right hand was holding the driveshaft. The employee out stretched arms could not control the driveshaft and drive tip, causing it to fall 18"" to the concrete. Employee left hand middle finger was pinched causing a laceration.
