Injured person was carrying approximately 45lbs of tools when EE stepped into a divot made by a tamping nodule approx 1-2"" deep, 6"" long causing the ankle to roll, and pain in EE's left knee. Treatment of ice, elevation, anti-inflammation pills, muscle relaxants were prescribed. Work restrictions given.
