Narrative

On 01/26/21 IE injured left shoulder while pulling a piece of curtain off top of scoop to put in dumpster. Unknowing to IE there were RB plates on the curtain that added resistance jolting the IE left shoulder causing a ""popping"" as it was pulled off. IE had surgery on 05/13/21 to repair a tear in the Rotator Cuff.
