EMPLOYEE WAS HOOKING A SMALL TRAILER UP TO A CART. THE TRAILER HITCH SLIPPED OFF OF THE BALL . EMPLOYEE TRIED TO GRAB THE TONGUE AND A FINGER WAS PINCHED BETWEEN THE TONGUE AND BOTTOM .
