## Narrative

While conducting a spot check for oversize particles in the glass sand screen room, the employee struck left shoulder on a diagonal stationary chute while crossing under it. Danger ""Low Head Clearance"" signs were in position on both sides of the VS-03,05, 06 chute. Employee first day missed from work was 05/17/2021.
