## Narrative

Injured employee was walking through a door to the shop when their coat got caught on the door latch. Employee reached behind them with right hand and grabbed the coat and began pulling on it to free it. As they pulled on the coat, the door closed on left little finger that had been placed near the door hinge. The little finger was fractured and cut.
