## Narrative

Mechanics were installing drive belts on the 32PP07 feed pump, were jumping a belt to its correct position on the pulley when employee got the tip of EE's pinky caught between the belt and pulley shiv, and rolled it through to the other side, crushing EE's fingertip. Taken to the ER, taken off work, referred to ortho, currently ONGOING.
