Outside truck driver stepped on a scale access cover which shifted under EE's weight, allowing EE's legs to fall into hole. EE notified scale operator of the incident & went to an immediate care center-diagnosed with lumbar, knee strain, & abrasions & given prescription pain meds & a muscle relaxer.
