Narrative

A miner was injured when they accidently bumped against the mine rib causing a chunk of coal, approximately 5"" wide by 4"" tall & 8"" thick, to slide vertically down the rib. The piece of coal struck right ankle, spraining it, and right foot was caught between the chunk of coal and the mine floor.
