Narrative

The EE was changing a cradle on 6 ML belt. The injured and another EE were rolling the cradle over in position, when the cradle rolled too far and smashed the EE's hand between the cradle and the bed rail. EE suffered a fracture to the right pinky finger. Began missing 5/20/21, and had a follow-up with an orthopedic surgeon on 5/27/21.
