## Narrative

Stepping down off a tail pulley guard that was 18"" off the ground. Guard was covered with rubber belting and had loose rocks on it.  As EE stepped down the rock slipped and made EE slide down the side of the rock.  EE caught self and this resulted in a dislocated right shoulder. It was an 18"" slip
