## Narrative

While an employee was unwiring a locked-out motor, employee dropped a nut behind the motor and reached for it.  Employee cut arm on a sharp area on the guard for the motor, that was not visible to employee.  Employee received stitches to the 2"" laceration on right forearm cut.
