## Narrative

Employee had drilled the starter hole for a roof bolt. As EE lowered EE's boom to insert the second drill steel, the boom caught the steel protruding from the tray. The steel flipped around striking the employee in the jaw. EE began missing work on 6/16/21 due to the injury
