Narrative

The injured set the bolter up to spot a bolt, about 25 feet outby the working face. As EE started drilling, a piece of rock measuring 12"" x 5"" x 3/4"" thick, fell from the roof striking EE on the face and cutting EE above the lip and took 5 sutures to close.
