Narrative

Employee was loading a 5 gallon can of oil into the back of a pick-up truck when EE experienced a burning sensation & pain in EE's left shoulder. Employee began missing work on 7-16-21 due to this injury. Employee overexerted EE's shoulder and failed to use proper lifting technique. Employee didn't violate any rules or regulations & was wearing required PPE.
