IE contacted HR on 3/3/2021 to notify management of pain in EE's right shoulder. IE believes the pain is a result of EE's continual exposure to repetitive motions due to EE's job duties as a roof bolter. IE has been consulting with medical professionals due to this pain. Management was notified on 7/12/2021 that the IE has received medical treatment to EE's right shoulder.
