Narrative

EE was mudding a stopping between the mine foreman and bleeder entries in 2 West. The EE was wearing rubber gloves, but some of the b-bond entered EE's glove. The injured EE had a reaction to the contact with the b-bond. EE worked the next scheduled shift 7/10/21. Began missing on 7/12/21, and did not notify the mine it was because of the injury until 7/27/21.
