Narrative

The EE was working on 2 West Belt Line, around the drive area. The injured was pulling a piece of belt with a pair of channel locks, when EE lost EE's grip and the channel locks slipped off. This caused the EE to fall back into a timber that was laying on the pavement, injuring EE's lower back and left hip.
