Narrative

Employee was using an electric pump to fill a sprayer with Mild Acid Detergent. The sprayer overfilled causing the hose to pop out of the sprayer. It sprayed the employee directly in the face. EE then began to flush eyes at the eyewash station. Employee was medically evaluated, treated at emergency room and was released to return to work on 8/16/2021.
