Employee stated while installing a 5"" resin bolt into the inside hole, the 6"" wrench they were using to push the bolt, broke and the upper half struck them on the safety glasses causing a small laceration to left eyelid. EE exited mine and sought medical treatment, received 1 suture and was fully released to return to work. Employee returned to work on next scheduled shift.
