## Narrative

the hardnose was tipped forward and supported by the field service truck crane. difficulty getting the hardnose in place so a come along was being used to assist. the cooler became lodged and the cooler was adjusted the hardnose fell back towards the engine briefly pinching the tech between the hardnose and the engine. They broke left collar bone
