The employee had just installed an inline filtration system into the main waterline along the 2A belt flight. When the system was pressurized, a piece of 4"" flexible line that was connected to the system blew apart, and the aluminum quick connect coupling on the end of the line struck the employee on right hand, resulting in a laceration that required sutures.
