Narrative

Employee was receiving a piece of belt structure (bed rail) from across the DMU when the bed rail began spinning in the coal. The bed rail then wedged against the coal rib and the bed rail then started spinning against the employee's fore arm causing a laceration. Employee was wearing the proper PPE.
