Narrative

Miner was working under cable truck and as EE attempted to come out from under the truck EE's hard hat was knocked off by an overhanging marker light. EE leaned down to pick it up and as EE stood up in a forward motion hit EE's head on the grommet/fastener bolt causing a laceration.
